Hi All

I have a brand new GR86 at 5000 miles. It has all service records with inspections and a new factory warranty. The sale person said it's a brand new vehicle, and you should be fine. My car suspension nut broke off when I was driving, and I saw on my passenger side wheel toe in camber. The second bolt that holds the car suspension also became loose off strut suspension control arm when the dealership inspected it. Dangerous! The dealership I took it to said that someone had tampered with the suspension struts and that all bolts were tampered with. The dealership will not warranty my car as a defective replacement. The car has original suspension and parts. But the technician argues it is not the original bolts on my car. They want to charge me for the repairs. I never change or put aftermarket parts on my GR86, and the pictures clearly show it. Please, someone, help me out with this. My warranty is still active but not covered. I don’t believe that the car has tampered with the original parts. I have never tracked the vehicle, and Toyota has serviced the car.

Thanks.
